Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FeedFr, including our website, applications, APIs, embeds, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use FeedFr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

1. The Service

FeedFr provides tools to collect, organize, prioritize, and publish product feedback (including boards, voting, roadmaps, changelogs, embeds, webhooks, and APIs). Features may vary by plan. We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials and API keys secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance according to the selected billing interval (for example monthly, annual, or lifetime where offered). Prices may change for future periods; we will provide notice of material price changes when required.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Taxes may apply based on your location. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Lifetime plans, if offered, are subject to the then-current offer terms and may be limited in quantity.

If payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may limit paid features until the account is brought current.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”), including board configuration, posts, comments, and related materials. You grant FeedFr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Customer Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You are responsible for content on boards you own, including content submitted by your end users, and for configuring public boards, embeds, and custom domains appropriately.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
  • Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or content that is illegal or exploitative
  • Resell the Service or misrepresent affiliation with FeedFr without permission
  • Circumvent plan limits, billing, or security controls

We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these rules are violated.

6. APIs, embeds, and webhooks

If you use our API, embeds, or webhooks, you must keep secrets secure, respect rate limits, and use them only as documented. We may revoke keys or throttle usage that harms the Service or other customers.

7. FeedFr intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by FeedFr and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use FeedFr trademarks except as needed to identify the Service honestly (for example a “Powered by FeedFr” badge we provide).

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (authentication, payments, hosting, and others). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDFR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO FEEDFR FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify FeedFr against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or extended inactivity on free accounts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. Courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to those mandatory protections.

14. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and FeedFr regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
