Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
FeedFr (“FeedFr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a feedback board product for product teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using FeedFr you agree to this policy.
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers visitors to our marketing site, account holders who create and manage feedback boards, and people who interact with public boards (for example by submitting posts, comments, or votes).
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you register we collect information such as your email address, name, and authentication data. If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive profile details they share with us (for example email and display name).
Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may store customer identifiers, plan type, subscription status, and billing history needed to provide the service.
Board and content data. We store the content you and your end users create on FeedFr, including boards, posts, comments, votes, changelogs, webhooks, API keys metadata, branding settings, and custom domains.
Usage and technical data. We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps. We may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and service reliability.
Communications. If you email us or contact support, we keep the content of those messages and related metadata.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve FeedFr
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Respond to support requests and send service-related notices
- Monitor abuse, spam, fraud, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
- Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage to improve product quality
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use board content to train third-party AI models.
5. Public boards and customer content
Board owners control whether a board is public and what is published (including roadmaps and changelogs). Content on public boards may be visible to anyone with the link or embed. Board owners are responsible for the content their users submit and for providing any notices required by their own privacy policies.
If you submit feedback on someone else's board, that board owner may process your information as an independent controller under their own policies.
6. Retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited records after deletion for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes, or in backups for a limited period. You can request account deletion by contacting us.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong password and protect your API keys.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update profile information in the product where available, or email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect login and product functionality.
9. Children
FeedFr is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your home country. By using FeedFr you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate. Continued use of FeedFr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
